My wife ordered the iphone 16 online. It appeared in My Orders, saying stock would not be available until 20th September. I checked over the weekend and the message was the same. I checked today and in My Orders, it said I had no orders outstanding. Where has my order gone?

Just checked through my emails and I ordered on the 13th at 2pm and got the official confirmation at 9:58pm...

I'm not sure if that makes a difference but I'm so tempted to cancel the order at this point. I'm not waiting another month, I'd rather get a Samsung 😅

@Rjbono if you pre ordered around then i don't think there will be much more of a wait. I think if we don't hear anything by thursday/friday i would cancel

@champagneslay I ordered the plus which doesn't seem to be the most popular choice so I'm confused why I am left waiting so long. I refuse to wait until the end of October

I've just had a text from sky today saying "Hi. We expect your iPhone 16 Pro Max to be delivered by 26 September 2024. We'll email you a day before it's delivered. Thanks for your patience." I'm not sure whether to believe it or not 🤔😂

 my iPhone 16 plus should be here by next Tuesday! so hopefully it does, but my partners one is coming tomorrow least we are slowly getting progress! I'm so hoping that everyone gets some good news soon
