@DeanL ooo this is what I was told over the phone too but how do I access by this chat feature so I can double check to see if what I was told is true?

@Kalim You got to 1. Help. 2. Sky Mobile. 3. Delivery, returns and repairs. 4. Delivery and then scroll to the bottom and click 'No, I still need help', and then No I still want to get in touch, tick everything and it should bring up a chat option.

All I am being told from live chat is that it's on preorder and a will get an email wen it's dispatched! When I ask when the stock will be in they told me they don't have a time frame

iPhone 16 change color from natural titanium to desert titanium

Hi! I had ordered iPhone 16 pro 256GB natural titanium yesterday. I want to change color to desert titanium before it arrives my home. Does anyone know who to contact on sky mobile?

You need to call Sky. Remember that by ordering an alternative you will be credit checked again.


You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.

@JagJag Honestly, I have no idea, this is just what I was told today, also I feel like with sky, loads of teams are managed by different managers and they are being fed different information to their team.

 

They said to me today that apparently the orders tab should be updated at some point today, so I really hope they mean what they are saying.

I've been in multiple live chats with these people and honestly it seems they know as much as we do.

 

From this point on I'm not gonna call or contact anymore until the 27th as we're all being fed different information

This is why I don't bother contacting the support. It's the same every year where there's more orders than there are stock. You get different responses from different people and it always seems to be conflicting.

 

I've been using Sky Mobile for the iPhone since the iPhone X and it's the same story every year. I don't blame the support people as they aren't the ones in control.

I ordered iPhone 16 plus and was told delivery on 20th September however haven't been told there is a delay

Agree this happened to me last year aswell with the iPhone 15 pro max. Was 3 weeks later before I received it. I had hoped it would be different and they would have had something in place to stop it happening again.

I'm the exact same! I got the 16 plus too the pink one and haven't even heard anything no texts or emails and it's stuck on in progress for ages @Aim3

I don't think I would feel so impatient and frustrated if I hadn't been emailed the 20th september for the delivery date😂

Yes me too.  Quite frustrating as I'm relying on it for my business.   I know it's not skys fault but apple have it available to buy outright.
