From what @Kalim was told via sky customer service I don't think we should be waiting much longer - it'll be this week at the latest. Hopefully.

My one was ready for delivery yesterday but I have to change into today .

Delivery time from 11to 12 o'clock.

Hopefully everything will be ok.

I don't even know what a eSIM really is, do you know if it'll be alright? just unsure and scared if I picked the wrong thing donno whether I should try and change it idk @champagneslay

Personally, a lot easier than a physical sim. Had nothing but problems with a physical sim to activate to be honest. 

But if it's that complicated, they can send one pretty fast. @rachelxo

UK IPhones come with dual sim capability so you'll still be able to use a physical one if you want

Ive pre ordered iPhone 16 pro max no dates just it's coming soon go to chat on sky app and don't understand I'm asking about Mobil phone not sky mobile SIM  where do you go to email them as I've failed to find it I am dislex but not stupid

Sky don't use email for general communication.

So the guy I spoke to last night that was super helpful ... he lied 🙄 The 16 Plus 128GB in white is actually on backstock with a 1-2 week wait. So I've cancelled and ordered the 256GB which is in stock and should be here Monday or Tuesday.

I ordered my iPhone 16 pro in black on the 16th at 10am ish I have still had 0 updates on the sky app or DPD on the sky app now if you try and order an iPhone it says 2-3 weeks delivery if mine takes 2-3 weeks what was the point in pre ordering it if I could have just 'ordered' it

@Opcelo @There's a massive back order of most of the iPhones. Pro and Pro Max seem to be the ones going to take a couple of weeks.

Sky bit off more than they can chew.
