Pre order iPhone 16 pro max in silver
I did an early upgrade with sky from my iPhone 14 Pro Max and pre ordered the iPhone 16 pro max. I did this on the 14th but still had no delivery update from sky at all. Has anyone else had this problem? I thought ordering 6 days earlier than the release date and already being a sky customers for 7 years I'd of have some sort of loyalty. I've read some have already had their new Iphones or at least an update to say when it's coming.

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
@Jmc69 So it wasn't of help but some help. In short, they said the sim will be posted within 2-3 working days (from yesterday) and the phone the same. Maximum by a week.
They said it's a supplier issue with not receiving the stock etc
I also asked about your ID question . Anyone can accept your order as long as their over 18. ID not required but advisable to have them show proof of name and address as they cannot comment on the couriers discretion to ask for one etc.

@Kalim so if your sim has been completed it's looking like it'll be sent in 2-3 days from yesterday and the phone the same or a week?

Re: Apple iPhone 16 range now available for pre-order on Sky Mobile
@Jmc69 Yea correct from my understanding and from reconfirming with her at end of Call.
if your sim has said it's completed (which is the case for me as well), it'll arrive either with the phone (2-3 working days from yesterday) or seperately and the phone within the same week.

@Kalim Right okay! Thank you for reassuring, feels like that's the most likely. Let's pray we have some sort of update this week!

I think I picked eSIM I'm not sure I don't know if that's good or bad to choose, but I don't know now if a eSIM is bad that I can change it to a normal sim
