Go onto the app, you should have a products setting then it'll come up and say pre order or order dispatch. I'll send a pic in a sec.

After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.
For iPhone 16's we have been informed you'll be given a date 'on' (whereby that's the expected delivery date)
OR a date 'from' (whereby that date is the earliest possible date for delivery but could take up to 2 weeks).

I am quickly losing hope in this!
I preordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max in Black Titanium (512gb) on release day at around 3-4pm.
I got a text yesterday saying that it will be delivered by the 27th and I've just spoke to customer service on the chat and they said it's a glitch in the system, so for all I know, my phone could be at the bottom of the ocean.
I am not happy about it because it is really frustrating, but I am happy some people are receiving their phones today!
