I've just been told that it won't be tomorrow by customer service and that it will be when they get the stock from apple tomorrow. Apparently the 20th is just a placeholder date. Although told by someone called Cheryl it'll be updated later today and be with me tomorrow😂

If it's of any help to anyone trying to sleuth, I got my order through last Friday at 13.24, and received my confirmation email at 13.46. Ordered a 256GB 16 Pro max, Desert Titanium, currently on its way to my local depot!

@Steeeem i ordered the Pro Max 256GB White Titanium. As said in a previous comment though didn't order until half 4/5 (can't remember exact time) so not expecting it tomorrow at all 🙃

Sky definitely have received stock to send otherwise I will be receiving an empty box that is currently in transit to my local DPD depot. The sky advisors do not know any solid information. It is absolutely pointless contacting them. They can only see the information available on your my sky app. Just keep checking that for updates.

I'm getting my iPhone 16 plus tomorrow. I've took a contract out but I'm wanting to use my own sim, when will I have my payment dates for my iPhone 16 because it says when my sim is activated, however I'm not activating a sky sim.

I contacted customer service today as I preordered the iPhone 16 pro max in black titanium (512gb) on the 13th (around 4pm) and was told that the estimated delivery date could be 21st October and that the 20th delivery dates have been postponed. That's also said that I won't know until tomorrow when my delivery date will be.
This is so frushtrating!
