I have pre-ordered iphone 16 pro and the order os confirmed already but i want to replace it with Iphone 16 pro max, how can i do it please give me some suggestion.

Hi @Kamleshsah  the only way is by calling sky, on 150 from a sky sim, and cancelling the first order then place another order, there may be another credit check.

You would need to call say to ask them to cancel the pro order. Ordering the pro Mac wi then mean that you will be credit checked again.

I preordered Iphone 16 pro max on 13th and was told delivery on 20th September. I have not received any update yet, will I get the delivery on the date given by them.

We have been informed you'll be given a date 'on' (whereby that's the expected delivery date) OR a date 'from' (whereby that date is the earliest possible date for delivery but could take up to 2 weeks).

@Pallab if it stated 'from' it can be anytime on and after that date. From experience last year I received one week after my from date

But their sky staff told me it will be delivered on next Friday 20th September.

You should get or have already got an SMS from Sky stating ON or FROM a particular date.

Then that date will be the earliest day for delivery but can take up to two weeks.

@Pallab then it will be from that date but not guaranteed on that date. It was the same with last year's release. Mine stated 'from' 22nd & I actually received on the 29th. Hope this helps

Customer services can't even see my orders and the first one is incorrect. Any way for someone at sky to contact the credit team and sort this out?
