So I pre-ordered on my skymobile account on the 13th Sept, 16 Max Pro, got my confermation emails. I log into my skymobile account it shows no orders and when I try to link my order to my account from the emails it states "Your account has already been linked".
Anyone one else having these issues and knows how to resolve them?

Hi, I have pre ordered the 16 pro and kept my current device, I have cleared the remaining balance on my current device as was near the end anyway so basically just a new order but I didn't get the option to choose the free 100mg, i wanted to take up that offer and keep my current sky number. Is this possible please?

It's not showing me any of the half price deals in the section where you manage sim

You would only be able to get that deal if you took out a new sim plan with your new device. Sounds like you have just ordered the device so you will just put the sim you have now in to the new phone

Ah so if I order a new sim plan for the deal, is there anyway to transfer my sky number from one sky sim to another sky sim? (I'm out of contract)

Give them a call on 150. Sky might just offer to give you that deal if you re-contract with them.

Hi, I currently have the 14 Pro Max on a Sky36 contract. I can swap my device on Oct 3rd but am wondering if I have anything extra to pay for? I've had a screen protector & a case on my device since I bought it so it'll be great condition when I return it. Could someone in the same situation who can swap let me know about upgrading from 256gb to 1TB device?

Hi, I've just pre ordered an iPhone but I can't find the order confirmation however the money has came out of my bank account. I also can't sign the credit agreement.
