Everytime i click on sign Credit agreement is redirects back to main sky mobile page

I've done an order and used 100gb from my piggy bank to bring the price down. The 100gb has left my piggy bank but the order doesn't appear anywhere in my app and I've had no confirmation email. I'm not sure if the order has actually gone through

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

For anyone who can't find the swap option try starting the order journey from the swap section of the sky mobile website

Is there a way to cancel an order without calling?

I placed an order for a mobile (via swap) and would like to cancel the order. The order is for a 16 Pro so won't be dispatched for a few days so I have time. The last time I had to do this involved calling and being on hold for half an hour. Is there a way to cancel an order without calling e.g. via email or chat?

If you haven't signed the credit agreement then it might be auto cancelled but this wouldn't happen straight away.
