Apple iPad Air 13-inch Purchase from sky shop on contract

I have placed an order for an Apple iPad Air 13-inch from the on-line sky shop on monthly contract.

I have received confirmation of the order, but on checking my account for the order there is nothing showing.

I have been trying for a week to find a link or a contact number in the on-line shop to talk to someone to confirm what is going on.

Does anyone have any ideas how I should proceed or how to actually speak to an agent, the virtual assistance was nothing but frustrating.

Hi @sandy9177  call on 150 and when prompted don't speak and you should get through to an agent.
