Run out of data, app won't let me change plan? I changed one sim yesterday and won't let me change the other?

Comes up with a warning triangle and says 'Sorry, there's been a problem' we've been unable to change your data plan, please try later' been saying that for two days now

Give Sky a call for help with this, 150 is the number to call them on as it is a free one.
