App says mobile account suspended but payments are up to date

Hi i wondered if someone could help please, I have logged on to my sky app and it says mobile account restricted please make a payment to reinstate but all my bills are up to date, very confused

You will have to call Sky on 150 about this and when you do say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

Hi, I've had the same problem where my account is up to date but it's been suspended. Can anyone help?

As per above @BeeChap as we are customers here you will have to call Sky about this.
