Is there a way to switch off the long winded and annoying adverts when launching the app? Only use to check balance of data etc and spend more time waiting for that to finish. Sent in a complaint but no reply

Hi not that I have seen, there are more adds appearing on more services all the time, Netflix rumoured to be starting soon !
