Try creating the APN settings yourself via something like
Settings > Mobile Data > Create New Access Point...
Name: Sky Mobile Internet
Then save the settings and reboot your phone.

One other thing to check @LorrianeLarkin is the network mode, so this should be something like Settings > Mobile Data >Network Mode and make sure this one is selected:
GGSM/WCDMA/LTE auto or 2G/3G/4G auto depending on what is present.
