You can have 5 devices and 7 sims on your account so there shouldn't be anything from stopping you from upgrading if you have just the 3 devices on your account.

Hi @Lynn+Howe  you are allowed up to 5 active credit agreements for devices on your account. If you return them as part of a swap or because you have returned them they will drop off your account. If you don't return them they stay visible on your account but shouldn't prevent you placing new orders. Either way once a device is paid off or returned we have been told it can take 150 days for it to be clear on your account. This can be speeded up by phoning to place a new order.

If someone has helped give them a thumbs up.
