Depends on what you want to do.

if you want to use calls/data then it will be £2 per 24 hours (was reduced from £6 recently).

if you want to save even more then turn off mobile data and roaming and use any public Wi-Fi you can. (Send messages or make calls via WhatsApp or similar)

Depends on how long you are going to be there because if it is a few months then it would be worth you purchasing a sim while you are out there and using it in your device if it is unlocked which if it was from Sky will be.
