Hi my iphone 12 pro max agreement enddd on the 24th November will the monthly cost be removed from my December bill?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it is showing on your next bill then it will need to be paid but if you have now paid off the device in full then the overpayment should be credited back to you on a future bill, possibly January's one.

My partners iphone 15 is now saying no sim and cant make calls etc yesterday we transfered all content from one phone to the other and worked fine today nothing.

Did you move the SIM across too?

No as it has an E sim and was working ok last night.Shouid i put her old sim card in the new phone?
