AirPods replacement

Hi , I sent my AirPods for replacement few weeks ago and it been delivered on 16.11 but I still haven't received them back or heard anything from sky!

All you can do is to cahse them up about this, 150 is the number to use from a phone that has a Sky sim in it.

All I can say is good luck. I sent mine back and they have now lost them. waiting to see what they are going to do about it.
