Phone type Samsung A14.
Worked fine before going to Turkey.
Stayed in a hotel with only intermittent signal. The phone did report it detected it was in Turkey twice but I didn't use the network
Sky's robotic help no good (Reset Network Settings as suggested, cleaned sim pins as suggested.)
Nada since I arrived back in the UK this am. Reports 'Not registered on Network'.
Humas assistants went home at 5pm.

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

On Android, I found something called Sky Menu and set this to Roaming.
Now all is well.
