Hi Guys, sorry it has come to me posting here..
The storey is....
I ported from O2 to Sky last Monday, my wife's was through and all set up within 24hrs!!
Mine has not and is now over a week..
I can receive calls, I can receive text, my data is working fine BUT I can not make calls or send text.
I have now been on with Sky for help 3 times for over 45mins each time and still no resolve.
My wife as an iPhone and mine is a Redmi note 9 could this be the problem, is there some setting on redmi that needs changing or something else that needs doing?
Please can anyone help🙏

@Crooksy I moved to Sky Mobile from 02 over 2 weeks ago. Sim only, number was ported over are sim activated. From that time on I could only receive text messages, no data/Internet and no airtime/calls (could not make nor receive - message always said 'the caller is on another call' when I clearly wasn't). Anyways, I tried messaging Sky on every single platform going, even managed to chat online (has to use home wifi) with their help chat to both customer service and even to the tech experts! They all read from the same script (per per their help pages) and when all else failed I was told to wait 24-48 hours, 24 hours, 3-5 days, promised call backs (how exactly??!) and emailed updates (never got one!), in total, not a single employee make any contact whatsoever! Ended up changing provider. I guess at least part of your contract is available so you can chase them up so hopefully the rest will follow. Good luck! By the way, you could check out the link below, it might open your eyes to how many others are having connectivity problems.

Word for word I'm having the same issue - I'm on another line or whoever I call is on another line ! Told to wait 24-48 hours and no response - 2 weeks and 5 calls later I still only have access to WiFi but no calls or texts !

@DanaA It's only once you get on here that you see how bad the service is and how many other customers are in the exact same position. I jumped ship after 2 weeks and was fully up and running with another provider within 2 days!
