Adult Content Restriction

I've been told that am App I use may have adult content restriction blocked by my broadband. Can I just confirm there are no restrictions at all on my account? When I send message on Grindr using my broadband (wifi) they do not send. They do send when I turn wifi off and use my 5G. Its an issue with my broadband. Could it be investigate md please.

Are you a Sky Mobile customer if so it might be your adult settings that need changing as per this:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-mobile


You can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed

If you have Sky Broadband, the restriction will be in Sky Broadband Shield, which is set to 13 by default.

 

You'll need to sign in and change that to 18.
