Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you have placed an order then the delivery address can not be changed as you needed to do this before you placed the order. So if it gets sent back to Sky you can then change the address so it is re delivered to the correct location.

I haven't ordered anything but I want to over a laptop but the delivery adress defaults to old adress with no way to change it without phone call

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
