Address won’t update.

Hi, 

 

I called and they updated my address on the system. But it's not reflecting online and I am trying to place an order but I can't as if auto fills my old address for the credit stuff. So I am wondering if anyone has a idea what can be done. 

The person on the phone says it is the correct address on the system.

Did you call today to get them to update your address, if so I would give it 24 hours to see if the system has then caught up, if it hasn't then post back here to let us know.

I did this morning, I was banking on a evening system refresh but I will check tomorrow morning. If it has not updated I will come back.

So it's been over 24 hours an my address has still not updated. They claim it's updated on the system, yet it's not online so I still can place an order. 

Any further suggestions or help is appreciated.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
