Hello,
I have a Sky TV/broadband and a sky mobile account and these are both linked.
I however, bought an iPad through sky mobile, and seem to have created a new account... is there anyway these can be linked? I am unable to activate my sim and use the iPad etc..
I tried ringing 150, and it was not helpful in the slightest, their only response was order a new iPad 😞 @sky

similar experience with a phone, had to send it back and hopefully the order will be cancelled. This sseems to be a bit of an issue that Sky need to fix asap

I don't understand why they let you order through your sky account, then it becomes a new one....

Me neither, and customer service couldn't answer that either. I'm just hoping nothing goes wrone whenthey process my returned device.
The sstupid thing is ii now have 2 accounts at my address which i can see is going to cause issues in the future
