Activation code

I've ordered a new phone with a basic sim contract just while my previous contract runs out on another network. I've placed a different sim in the phone from another provider. Will i still be charged if i don't activate the sim but keep the phone? I expected so but nothing has come out of my account yet? Thanks

The sim will be cancelled if not activated within 30 days so you should not be charged for it.

I still have the phone that they sent me so surely i'll still be billed for that?

You will be billed for the phone but not the sim/data plan if the sim is not activated.

It will be whatever the cost is for the phone was when you ordered it, check your credit agreement if you are unsure what you will be paying.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile that has a Sky sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:


https://www.sky.com/help/home


When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
