Activating sim

It's been 2 weeks and my SIM card is still not activated, stuck on...    "We're still activating your SIM... This can take some time. We'll let you know when this is done."

Hi @emilyhughes2502  have you actually tried the sim as sometimes this message appears even though the sim is activated ?
