Activating a new SIM with an existing phone and as an existing Sky customer

Can anyone advise? I want to activate a new Sky SIM with an existing phone (same number) and as an existing Sky mobile customer. I have followed the steps in the App, and via QR code in Chrome and Safari but there doesn't seem to be an option to activate a new SIM without entering a PAC code (which I don't have as an existing customer). Has anyone got any experience with this?

Hi @WorriedandWotnot  are you trying to convert a physical sim to an esim ?

I've been sent a physical SIM

Any new SIM you activate will have a new number.

This is the link to activate a physical sim @WorriedandWotnot  but if it's new sim rather than replacement it will have a new number as mentioned by @PandJ2020 . Activating a physical sim doesn't usually involve using a QR code, that's an esim.

Unfortunately I get stuck because they ask for a PAC code, which I don't have as I'm already a Sky mobile customer. Any ideas?

There should be an option to activate a sky sim without a PAC code @WorriedandWotnot   If you can't find that option then you will need to call sky for help or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them.
