I got a new phone with sky. I already have an account with them and activated the new sim but I don't need it. Does it make any difference do I need to de activate it or will it make no difference to my issue etc?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Chrisjh007 if you activated it you will now be paying for two plans so you will need to call sky on 150 to cancel the new one.
