Activated new sim transferred number but no network

Transferred old number using PAC code and activated sim. Still no network service from sky 4 days later

Has Sky told you that the number has transfered from your other network ?

Yes I've had the confirmation email and can see the number has transferred. Restarted phone with new sim. Still 'no sim' on home page
