Account restricted

I have been trying to use my piggyback to add a Samsung watch to my account but it keeps telling me my account has been restricted but when I click to resolve this it tells me my account is paid. I had a similar issue previously when I ordered a new mobile handset. What do I do now?

You'll need to call Sky on 150.
