Account is showing as blocked

Hello,

 

I am hoping you can help please.

 

When I've logged into my Sky account, it is showing that my mobile account is blocked but upon clicking on the link to solve the issue, it then says it is not blocked and all payments are up to date so I'm not sure what is causing the issue.

 

I tried using the chat bot but the information provided is not useful and I cannot seem to get an option that fits this.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
