Account in credit but still restricted
My account was restricted, I paid the amount, and the amount i paid is now "in credit" for my next bill? Rather than paying the current one?
I have tried endlessly to speak to human being to fix this and now having to post here.
I have no idea why the payment I have made is now went toward a future bill and my account is still restricted.

Is your mobile actually working or do you get prompted to make a payment when you go to make a call.

My credit was placed in previous bills, so its just sat with credit that I can withdraw or put toward my current bill.
Its been a month and I still haven't received a refund, and sky said they would process it immediately.
