I am shortly starting a new pay monthly contract with Sky. Last night while thinking I was filling out details for a gift card, I've actually set up a second account and ordered another contract for a pay monthly plan! Is there a way to cancel the unwanted plan?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou can either call Sky from a phone that has a Sky sim in it on 150 or when the sim arrives do not activate it has it will then be cancelled after 30 days or so. You should not be billed for it.
