Accidentally Binned my SIM in Japan

I accidentally binned my SIM in Japan. I'm on a data only SIM card so I can't call Sky for a replacement, but I need one sent home ready for me when I return in a few days. Is there a way of getting hold of an online agent? Thanks in advance

The social media service just recommended calling the abroad number, which I can't do on my Japanese data only SIM card. Is there another way of getting an online chat?
