Accidental sign up and now i cant see my new phone.

I have an iPhone 12 already on sky and my mother wanted to come over to sky. I signed in with what i thought was my Sky email and ordered the pay monthly phone. Then i realised that it was on the wrong sky account. I went to view the mobile section and the products and it says this is restricted and i went to the id section and its said its part of a household. I either want to be able to view and clarify that my order is still there, or merge this sky account with the one i originally wanted to use to get this new phone.

What a drama!

Can anyone help me with these issues please?

I had the credit agreement downloaded too.

To find the account you ordered this phone on give Sky a call from your phone on 150, once they have found it for you then you should be able to log to into it to sign the credit agreement.
