Hi @Carolann25 unfortunately until sky solve the issue for you there is nothing you can do but phone them.

Hi thanks for asking that's all I kept getting in the end I had to phone them again. In the end they said it wasn't connected to my email??. Strange considering I've been with them for years lol, anyway I managed to get it sorted eventually after they tried to sell different things to me. Honestly it's a real nightmare trying to sort things out
