Access my mobile a/c online or on the app

I have spent today 5 hrs on the phone with sky spoke to 16 different advisors and still the issue of being to access my mobile account on line and this has been going on for 6 months now 

I have been asked to change passwords create new emails , delete apps and re- install everything under the sun and still no resolution 

Why oh why can somebody not help me with this

What is happening when you tried to login to your account ?

I can log in but can only see my other sky accounts even if I try to link accounts it tell me they are already linked

This sort of issue does come up on quite a bit so would you like Sky's messaging team via here to contact you tomorrow morning about this ?
