Abroad wa ting to co tour the £2 per day charge but it won’t let me

I'm abroad and wanting to do the £2 per day charge but it won't let me and don't want to incur huge charges

What country are you in as in some countries this charge doesn't apply so in these rest of the world charges will be applied which is where you can wrack up large bills.

Then the £2 charge should kick in when you make a call, send a text ir use more than 10mb of mobile data. If this hasn't then have you made sure your device is set to abroad as per this:


Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad..


Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

 

Although you do not have to set a spend cap if you do have one set it needs to be high enough to cover your stay.

Hi, it doesn't give the option for abroad. It says Prinary roaming, Automatic, Sky settings and partner settings?

Try setting it to automatic.
