Abroad in EU spend cap deactivated but still no roaming passport?

Been in Greece for over 2 weeks and been messaged to say roaming cap activated no more roaming passport. I've gone into app, deactivated the roaming cap but it's done nothing on all 4 sims we have. I'm worried that we are being screwed with costs now we are all using roaming without the passport. When we get back if we are over charged I am going to go light. Thanks.

Hi @DaveJBaker  any extra  charges will be appearing in your account on your next bill. If you have removed the spend cap then you can't really be upset at any charges you are incurring. You will be charged £2 per 24 hours use on each sim. Local number calls are charged at international rates. If you exceed 25G of data use then you will be charged per gig.

I'm getting these messages for all 4 sims.

Hi. We can't activate your Roaming Passport Plus right now as you'd end up going over your monthly spend limit and data roaming spend cap. You'll need to make a payment to activate. You can do this and manage your restrictions at sky.com/manage/mobile

and no £2 charges.

So have you tried making a manual payment @DaveJBaker  ?  when other customers do that it normally resets and their phones start working. Be aware of any possible extra charges. Also as you are some where in Greece be very careful if near Albania that your phone could pick up an Albanian network and you will be charged per rest of the world roaming charges which, with your cap removed, can run into hundreds and hundreds of pounds.

Ok. Made manual payment on 10 quid. Immediately got £2 passport roaming. Thanks!!!!!!!
