About my swap which says action required on view my order

I'm not happy at all . I rang up yesterday and not happy at all I had bad customer service. When I press on view my order it says action required it doesn't give me a reason for this that's all it says . When I processed the order the credit check said it was successful so it can't be that . I rang up again this morning complained again about this they cancelled the order and said I had to replace the order which I did now for the 2nd time on view my order it says action required and the credit agreement said successful. All I'm trying to do is swap my Google pixel 8 over to an iPhone 13 that's it .I'm not happy !
