Hi all,
So I have 2 parcels from Sky which I am waiting on DPD to deliver. One was ready to be delivered on Saturday 25th October but I knew I wasn't going to be in for it so I scheduled it for yesterday (Sunday 26th October). It said all day on the DPD tracking that it would be out as scheduled. No time slot was given and consequently never got the parcel. Now that particular parcel says it was delayed due to an unexpected issue in my area. Decided to ring DPD this morning and they've said it's coming out today but again no time slot has been given on this parcel only the other sky parcel which arrived with them early hours this morning. Anyone know if I will receive both orders at the same time hence 1 time slot? I tried to ask DPD this and they were clueless.
