About my sky mobile delivery

Haven't received my package from sky I ordered it last week and still haven't received it very unhappy about it

As we’re customers we have no insight into stock levels or any delivery timescales. The most up to date information (after credit checks are complete) on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Phone hasn’t been delivered

Just says in progress coming soon but its been saying that for a week

I have moved your reply in into your existing thread.

 

When you placed the order you would have seen an estimated delivery schedule so it is this you are looking at.

Same issue here. Ordered 5 days ago and just says processing.

Yeah I know I ordered it Sunday and now it's Friday and still haven't heard or seen anything change on the DPD app so I don't know what to do but it shouldn't take this long absolute joke

I had a notification come through DPD and it said it was out of the depot in my local area and then all of a sudden it said it was on its way back to sky if you download the DPD app and put your parcel reference it should say something similar to what mine is saying

If you go onto the sky app and on the first page scroll down to where it says delivery then click on view my parcel and then it should take you to track my parcel and then you should be able to find it from there sky or the worst to get hold of

Ah mine doesn't say anything like that. Just says processing and nothing else

Yeah, mine says that try downloading the DPD app and try and front your parcel number in your Gmail or on the sky app sorry can't really help you
