I had ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max Planet Silver 512GB, can I exchange it for a 256GB phone?

Has the phone been delivered yet, if it has you have 31 days to return the phone under the cooling off period. Ordering a new phone will see you credit checked again. If you haven't got it yet then again you will need to call Sky so they can cancel the order but again a credit check will be carried out when you order a new one.
