My son has just activated his new 50g sim on 19.11 and by 24.11 its all gone? He normally used around 30g on his previous sim (EE) and it won't let him into data usage to see where its gone? He has an Apple device if that helps? TIF ☺️

Your Son would not have had the full allowance when he activated his sim as what he will have had will have bee based on the number of days before it resets which is the billing date, after this date he will get the full allowance each month.

Hi @Bakeracademy the first month is pro ratered so you don't get the full allowance, only a portion of it, you will get the full allowance after the first bill. Check your account to see how many days until it refreshes.
