I want to swap to the current offer 50gig of data for £12 it's not available to do via my sky app.

Hi @BillyPaul1969  if it's not showing in your account then it's not available for you, it will be for new customers or additional sims on your account. You could call sky on 150 to see if they have any offers for you.

I never understand why these offers are only open to new customers and not existing.
