5 days without a phone and call centre in India, Mobile department. They don't have the duty of care

Same all same. I don't know if anymore can take action here. I am at the end of my tether. 

This is unbelievable. NO phone, since monday 17th Feb and not even getting sorted out. The worst call centre ever. Robots and working on scripts that doesn't have anything to do with what us, the customer, needs help with. Absolutely useless.. !!!

I am abroad, they have ordered a new e-sim and cancelled my old one. I have no phone....

Can't work, or communicate with no one.

That might be the case but as I said there is an ongoing fault with roaming abroad.

So what you are saying is that you have a phone that isn't working. There is an ongoing fault at present for those like yourself that are abroad as people are reports issues in countries as far and wide as America, the UAE and Australia.

They have cancelled my old sim and I went on the process e-sim.

They haven't not mentioned any of that to me though. They  don't know what they are doing? for  5 days they keep lying, and transfering me to all sort of dead end department, over and over again. . Why ??
