Hi all, hoping I can get some help here? I have called Customer Services but they really haven't been very helpful. They keep misunderstanding what I am telling them.
Until recently, I have had 4G service at home, work, and travelling throughout the UK. Over the last 2 weeks, I have only been getting 3G signal (and no data connection) in most areas. VOLTE has also disappeared as an option.
I have reset my phone, network settings, changed my SIM card and still I am getting 3G (and no data) in most places, with occasional 4G connection.
I don't believe the whole network is down and think this is an issue with my SIM/Account.
I am using an iPhone 15 provided by Sky and an eSIM. I previously had a normal SIM and the issue was the same on that.
