3G and 4G terrible … no 5G at all

I'm really tired of having terrible 3G & 4G ... the reason I don't worry about 5G is although I have it, research shows it's not even possible to get in my area on Sky which is a bummer.

Ive just renewed my contract but it's very frustrating

I've given up using Sky as my network due to the lack of connection; even though signal looked good the internet was slow. No 5G from Sky but with my new provider I have 5G. In places I only had 3G I now have 4G & much faster speed.

No mast problem with Sky so that was ruled out.
