31 day cooling period

I have requested a pre paid package to return my phone as it isn't for me. Since it's a separate contract which gets refunded, can I order my new phone through sky before my current phone has been returned - since my SIM contract is separate?

Yes you can, be aware you'll undergo another credit check.
