My order for the Samsung Flip in lavender isn't due for 3 to 4 weeks. Please can you tell me what I need to do, or what phone number to call to change this to a colour that's in stock. Thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@nickysummers If you wish to cancel the order and re-order an instock phone you will besrt to call Sky. You will of course need to go through another credit check, even then the stock levels may not be correct for the new item you order..
Please be aware we are all customers here and have no access to stock levels.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs @GD1 has said even if the other colour is showing as in stock it will not be until the order is placed will you receive an email with an estimated delivery time as the delivery estimates on the site are not that accurate.
